From MSDS Oral LD50 in rats is > 5 g/kg. Dermal LD50 in rabbits is > 2 g/kg. Inhalation LC50: not established. Irritant to eyes but not to skin. -
Chronic health effects
From MSDS Excessive exposure may cause liver, kidney and blood effects (glycol ether). Birth defects are unlikely. Exposures having no adverse effects on the mother should have no effect on the fetus (chelating agent). Spray mists may cause some nasal irritation on prolonged exposure but are considered to be low in toxicity by inhalation. -
